4/5 stars because as a lot of us right now are going through money issues. Money is tight. Need a unit fast for moving my stuff out until I get back on my feet, I’m paying a fair price but be warned if you try to pay in advance, today is the 24th I went to pay my unit ahead of time because I don’t want to forget and have my stuff put on auction. The receipt I got when I paid did not make sense at all. It gives you a option after you put in youre phone number to pay how far out in advance would you like to pay, I chose one month, and you’ll see that it only paid through till the 1st of June. I called josh was extremely helpful 10/10 customer service even though I know I probably sounded very hostile, took off autopay which I didn’t even know I had activated on my card??? Overall the website could use some updates, the customer service was stellar though very helpful and very polite even though I know I probably wasn’t being very friendly thank you josh for helping!

Customer service was very accommodating and moved us to a different storage unit due to an opening under the door that mice could easily get into the unit. Our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently

10 federal is an excellent storage unit that is 24/7. There very quick to resolve any issues and make everything with renting a storage space easy and worth it

Highly highly don’t remember this place for your stuff. Unless your trying to tuck your stuff for a year, visiting this place will make you have second thoughts. Gate is usually always open granted I doubt anyone will steal but whats the point if it doesn’t work. Switched after a week Locks they provide suck
