Moving my belongings here was no problem. They were very helpful and attentive. However, I can never get ahold of the property manager. Someone backed their car into one of my units, and I have not been able to get into my unit because of the door being bent! No matter the time of day or how much I call, I get no help! I'm moving my belongings out and even giving the proper notice to vacate is a drag! I've left messages and heard from nobody, so this pubic review is my notice to vacate I guess! I will not be renting here for the month of February and I will have to get into my space by any means necessary since there's nobody to help me at this property.

Worst Storage Place ever cant get ahold of property manager and you call the only way you speak to a person is to hit you need a Storage unit. Had one here for over a year raised the price three times. Found a better Storage place at a reasonable price and they wont raise price first year. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

I just got a storage unit at this location & Leandra the Manager was BEYOND helpful, friendly, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided PHENOMENAL customer service! SHE is the ONLY reason that I chose to rent at this location versus another one in my area. I used to work in hospitality & was a customer service manager also, so how someone acts towards me in a business or professional setting is EXTREMELY important to me. If I don’t receive great customer service, as I did with Leandra, I definitely will NOT give that company my business. She made me feel as if my belongings would be safe & in good hands at this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! Thanks!!!

I'll be moving soon and I've been price shopping storage units in the area. Leandra was super patient with me, showing me different size units on the property. She was great, super informative and had a great attitude. Seems like she really loves her job. The property was clean and quiet, with plenty of room for maneuvering a large moving truck. Out of the few storage facilities in the area I checked out, the Justice Public Storage was the nicest and had the best price. Thanks Leandra and I will definitely be renting this upcoming month!
