When I selected this location, I didn’t realize I would be dealing with a kiosk instead of a live representative. The kiosk kept disconnecting, and I had to use my personal phone and was transferred three times. The first unit I was given was already rented out, and the second unit didn’t have the lock that was included in my move-in price. I was then told to move my belongings to a third unit, but later was told something different was noted, which caused confusion. Bob was very kind and allowed me to keep my belongings there temporarily, but I eventually had to move everything again. Having to move my things multiple times was frustrating and inconvenient. Bob provided great customer service, and I understand he was following policy, but overall the experience was stressful and disappointing.

Best I'll say is that it could be a lot worse. Customer service is good 👍. But it's outdoors, people can get in bypassing any security easily, and there's few security cameras. Oh, and they jack up prices big-time. I just got a much bigger indoor place for $60 less, and the security is premium. Someone else rented this for me, in case anyone's wondering why I was there in the first place. Good luck...

This team was very accommodating to my needs. Mike in the office was very helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to access my unit, app and made my move in easy. Super grateful!
