My experience to date with CubeSmart has been amazing. The storage space rental was so easy, efficient and DIY friendly, all on-line. My only interaction was from a personal telephone greeting from Pamela who was super helpful, informative and friendly. All boxes checked at a very affordable price compared to all the other major storage companies. Cubesmart = 5 stars!

Rented a low use (access less than 3-5 annually) 10x20 in the expansion lot of this location. Easily accessible for my large SUV and the app enabled gate and security features made it super easy. Pamela on site has a wonderful customer service approach and gives the business a professional feel with small town personal management. Thanks, Pamela!

Pam was amazing! First time going through storage rental and she was so helpful. I never felt like I was being forced into any decision and truly listened to what we were looking for. We did have to get a second unit and she had given us our options from the beginning and had given us the heads up but let us come to that decision on our terms and time a few weeks after our first rental. She explained everything with no surprises. The unit themselves were fine, big, clean.

Pam is awesome!! Kind, funny, and very courteous. I rented a 5x10 storage unit today. Instead of doing everything online, I went to the establishment. Pam introduced herself and explained everything to me and answered all my question. Very good customer service. I will recommend friends and family to this place for their storage needs.
