I have twice used Public Storage in Naperville - two different facilities but both on Ogden Avenue. The customer service has been great both times, and both units were CLEAN and DRY and easy to access. Special thanks to JULIE! Photos of last unit rented - move in ready and move out clean.

I've had a space here for over 2 years now and the rate from when I first rented it has gone up significantly. I believe almost $100 more a month now. So beware of that. Also, the gate wouldn't open from my app today so I got out and tried the key pad, which also didn't work. I called multiple different numbers and no one answered so I couldn't enter my storage space. Super frustrating.

I recently rented a storage space here and working with Sally made it quick and easy to get set up. She gave me a call to confirm our appointment, showed me the space, explained all pricing and helped me set up the PS app. They also have moving supplies there which was convenient. Property seems very well taken care of. I’m glad this was quick and easy because the moving process can be tough!

I originally rented a 2nd unit to take care of my overflow move from a house to condo. Sally did an amazing job of changing the reservation to an outside unit close to my other storage location. She made it easy and seamless. Sally is great to deal with, and took care of my many questions. Thank you!
