We had a great experience using public storage on parallel street to move our family businesses and reorganize super convenient location near Wall Street and bond street where all the offices are! The property manager is very helpful and very fast we had to add on a unit and close one and it was no problem . The units and hallways are very clean. Safe elevator with lots of space and even several dollies to help with moving. Family friendly we had to bring our kids and it all worked out just fine. Highly recommend for short term storage long term storage and small family businesses storage

Great experience storing here for a few months for our move. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated him. Easy access through the app at each gate. Easy auto-pay. Everything was simple. A few flat carts on-site helped each time I was there.

This is a great storage space facility. We needed to move units and chose one that was too small. David went out of his way to make sure we could secure a second unit temporarily. He even took time to make sure the location was close to our other unit. Grateful for all the help!

Went today with my father, initially starting with a smaller unit but the property manager David noticed that it was too small for all our stuff and got us a great deal with a larger unit.
