This is the second year in a row that I get above and beyond customer service at this location. You read the reviews and you hear a name mentioned multiple times, Khalilah, you figure its gotta be all made up, no one can have that many good reviews. Well its actually true. I got to work with Khalilah and she is every bit as professional and detail oriented as the other reviews state. She has been doing this a long time and knows the business. She was able to help me with my 2 units and worked with me through some website issues we were having. If I called and left a voicemail, I always got a call back from Khalilah and that is a crazy rare thing these days. Hillcrest is a great facility in the world of PS as I have been to some garbage ones before. I will come back to this facility every time I need storage, thank you Khalilah for proving that there are still some good people out there.
