The Property Manager, Rene is incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She'll help you determine the size space you need, and walks you through the process. Moving is stressful, and Rene's calm, chill energy is a great asset. The 10x25 space she showed me was gor-geous. Super clean and just a few feet from an indoor loading dock. Very easy.

Easy to set up and to access. There were some spider webs but I got rid of them. Recently I needed service on my unit and Mike went above and beyond to get the job done. His communication with me was excellent and always professional.

I paid for a full month upfront only to have my unit cancelled four days later because I hadn't moved in yet. They took my money for an unused unit and then shut it down—unacceptable! Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. There is none accept lock refund. Customer service constantly routed me to different people, forcing me to waste time and re-explain the absurd situation repeatedly. I got the complete runaround. Don't bother. I highly suggest checking with moving companies or U-Haul storage; they offer cheaper rates and couldn't possibly provide worse service. Avoid this headache and skip this company. I NEVER REQUESTED MOVEOUT!!
