Just recently rented a storage unit from Khalilah from Public Storage and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The website was user-friendly, but I needed the person to person assistance in finding the exact space I needed for my late wife’s personal items. The quality and care that Khalilah provided was superb, and it has already made a significant difference in my daily mental health. I'm extremely satisfied with my unit. I am recommending Khalilah from Public Storage to all my friends who needs extra space for their personal belongings.

I enjoyed renting from Khalilah at her other facility so much that when I needed more storage and the unit I needed was not available I came over to her other facility to get another unit. She's great to deal with, knows her stuff and is very friendly.

Reserved a unit in Schaumburg on Hillcrest, khalilah called me to confirm my reservation, I wanted to go to the property but it was closed. Khalilah help me rent the unit over the phone. Thanks for you excellent service. We need more people with the patience she has.
