Absolutely the best storage facility in the area. I feel more safe over here than in the building where I live, it's so peaceful and quiet. My vehicle and my belongings inside a unit were always safe and well protected in this facility. All personnel in this facility is very helpful, especially Jackie and Candice, they fixed all issues I have had in no time. Candice is a Top Level Manager with many years of experience in the storage industry and she has an excellent understanding of customers needs. Candice will know what you need better than Your self. I remember when I made my first reservation for a unit, I was concerned will it be at the right area inside the facility, I had some ideas where I would like it to be, but I wasn't sure, so I said to myself once I get to the office I will ask them to show me what they have, when I arrived in the office it was silence, nobody says nothing while Candice is doing the paperwork, I was about to ask but moment before I opened my mouth Candice ordered her asistent to show me a unit, when I saw the unit and where it was located I couldn't believe it, I myself wouldn't have made such a good choice like she did for me. I was also happy at another occasion when a light didn't work inside my unit for a couple of weeks, I changed the bulb but it didn't help, I finally made a phone call but nobody was available so I left a message for the manager after the tone, Candice didn't call me back but at my next visit to my unit the light worked perfectly.

I had such a great experience renting here! Moving is always stressful, but the team really made it easy. Jackie and Candice went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me figure out exactly what size unit I needed so I didn't overspend. The facility itself is clean and secure, but the customer service is what sets this place apart. Highly recommend asking for Candice or Jackie if you stop by!

Went to this location, and had an amazing experience! Jackie and Candice were super attentive let me know everything I needed to know, and made me laugh too! Is nice to go to a location and trust where your belongings are being stored. I would recommended this store to anyone that’s looking for a safe place and friendly people.
