It's rare I leave a review for someone whom I didn't do business with, but Steve deserves recognition. I reserved a space here at Public Storage Skokie and Steve went out of his way to help get me set up (and helped shovel clear the space in front of the unit). Well today I had to cancel because my movers won't be able to move it in time - and Steve, being the excellent rep he was, helped me get that done. Promote this man! Pay him more. Just know he is a rare find in the world of customer services/sales. Thanks Steve! UPDATE: I wound up getting a unit here after all and Steve continued to be as thoughtful and responsive as before. Very satisfied!

The on-site manager Steve is an awesome person. He was very helpful and the renting and moving-in was pretty seamless. Nice and clean facility.

Whoa!!! Raising prices every six months? Ridiculous! Insulation falling off the ceiling all over my stuff. Its like fiberglass all over. Would never recommend this place. Door barely opens no maintance. What a mistake!
