Nice enough people but crazy how the rate can change with an email notification - and not just change, but literally double. Started $88/mo (per my still documented agreement, ) then jumped to $165 a year later. Not sure why the agreement document doesn’t get updated or why there’s no where to see when the rate changed in the app. Either way. Going to be moving my things out of here as soon as possible. Maybe somewhere that doesn’t charge $30 for access after 9p.

Terrible, stay very far away. I had a storage unit here for about 11 months, 6 months into it they decided to jack the prices up another $50 without telling anyone. Oh "check your email!" this isn't 2005 not everybody is glued to their email. STAY AWAY, OVERPRICED

The units are nice and it seems very secure, but they've increased our rate by $63 in less than a year. I know the first rate was a special, but they've just raised it again and we've only rented a unit for 10 months. It went from $85 to $113 and next month it's going up to $148. We moved our storage from Louisville to this location partially because it was affordable, but one more increase and we'll be paying as much as we were there. It's too high for what it is and now we're looking for a place that doesn't post misleading prices. The price increase is my only complaint.
