I just wrote a long write up to accidentally backpage and delete it! (I was falling asleep writing it) It's already an act for most, if not all, to make time to leave comments, especially GOOD ones. Most people only have time to make the complaints. Especially we customers who are in the process of "moving" - ranked up there as one of the least desired experiences. Ken and the other staff member do a great job. They are kind, knowledgeable, thorough and exude a positive energy and professionalism. I give them 5 starts. Any deductions would be that of corporate, not the employees.

The Manager knows his job very well

The Manager knows his job very well. Like the facility. My lock slide is a little rusty and gets stuck Other than that, I'm happy I went to public Storage. Got the Big Deal too . . great price.

I had an amazing experience with this Public Storage location! The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. Stevie was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Access was easy, the unit was exactly as described, and I felt confident leaving my belongings here. This is hands-down one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility!

The price is fine, but I’m not thrilled with the fact that when you walk in the office expecting to be able to talk to an adult face-to-face you end up talking to a computer kiosk. That’s not what I’m paying for. Not to mention if you buy a lock through them, they put it inside the unit where it can be stolen.
