I have never gotten a public stores unit S easy as I got this one. Not only did I get a great price in a great promotion. Phyniece Ensured that I was completely satisfied and happy. I am so glad I did this in the unit is so accessible to the highway and only 5 minutes away from my house. I hate to say it but the extra money I was going to spend for rent monthly I will use it towards my public storage to have a peace of mind

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I’ve been renting here for a few years and this place has gone drastically downhill. The "manager" Phyniece clearly doesn’t care about what’s happening beyond her dirty glass office doors. The entire place looks run down. The bathroom is filthy, often unusable, and the driveways are full of nails, glass and debris. I’ve gotten flat tires more than once! There is trash scattered all over the place. My last straw is the BEDBUG & ROACH problem that continues to be overlooked and the "insurance" that won't cover the damages. Good luck trying to visit the office and speak to the "manager". No one is ever there even with an "appointment" and the chances of reaching anyone by phone or getting a call back are next to zero. When I did reach a person, the younger girl from the office had a terrible attitude and I was told I would get a call back from the "manager" Phyniece but I have yet to hear from ANYONE to address my concerns. I moved out my things days ago, left my unit empty and took my lock and keys and my account is still showing a payment due for November but I can't reach anyone using the number on the door. Shady! I will not be paying any more and you shouldn't waste your money. The location is not what it used to be and I'm glad to be done with them. It's honestly shocking that the owners haven't noticed how badly things have declined under Phyneice’s so called “management.” I strongly advise others not to move in.
