I have gone through an absolutely hard and trying time when I was forced out of my home. I have been doing everything possible to pick up the pieces but the finances are tough when you have a child to raise. Jessica is such a god sent and is always so kind when I come in! I worked with Angel, and even though we faced several obstacles during the process, he stayed incredibly patient with me and made sure we got everything sorted out together. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and successful one. The facility is clean, well-managed, and the staff truly cares about helping customers. I recently went into the public storage on Long Street. It was a pleasant experience. DJ helped me out at the counter and he was very knowledgeable. DJ was very cool and a very nice guy.
