Courteous service

I was looking for a space fro my trailer. Since it was a small space to park a trailer in, the manager offered to let me try to park it before I singed the rental agreement. upon seeing the space I was confident I could fit the trailer so opted to not try it first. Non the less, I appreciated the no hassel opportunity

The manager Marcia was absolutely wonderful! I have been trying for months to get a lock cut sorted for a unit in a different state and Marcia showed me grace and empathy and solved my problem within minutes. Lovely demeanor and fabulous service! Rachel, the district manager, was also kind and informative. I am so thankful I decided to stop in today! 5 stars all day!

She made sure that she took care of me.\n And she made sure that I was okay when I left there and she is very, very nice and I'm glad that y'all hired somebody that has a good attitude if I know somebody that needs a storage place, I will send them to her.
