The staff is very helpful and friendly. the units are fair priced. my only complaint, though i do understand why it is the way it is, the fact that there is not 24 hours access has placed me in a bind more than just a few times over the course of the few weeks i've been renting my unit. the staff is willing to work with you on the matter but you do have to call or at least communicate with them that access is needed later. they will help you out. But if something comes up after office hours. your out of luck. have to wait until 6 am. even if the hours were more like 6am to 11 pm it would be a great help to me. but as it sits. i have contemplated canceling my lease here to move several times in just a few weeks, the first time being within just about 12 hours after having gotten the unit due to this restriction. If 24 hour access is not needed. i would very much recommend this facility however i may need to find somewhere else soon due to the restrictions.
