Everything here has been awesome. Customer service in the office has been super helpful and informative & always makes sure we are good with everything we need. Every other public storage I have used is very distant & inattentive but here the manager is proactive and always checking on us and how we are doing or any issues we may have.

Horrible horrible place. My parents were struggling and went here to place their things while staying with a friend until they got on their feet a couple months ago. They assumed my parents were not going to pay their bill one month because they had been late before and they had several things stolen. They had 2 large tvs stolen. Some significant antique items that were very precious to my Mother that she had for years. A lot of things were broken from the employees ravaging through their things to just take what they wanted. They were told the matter would be resolved and it never was. Absolutely disgraceful. I wish my parents could afford an attorney to take these monsters to court. They should be ashamed at how they handled this situation. Absolutely despicable. Unless you want to lose your valuables, absolutely do not trust this place or at least this location.

I am going through the worst moment of my life so I needed an emergency storage unit nearby. Michelle was super helpful, kind, and went the extra mile to help me find the storage unit that best fulfilled my needs. She also explained how the app works so I can seamlessly gain access without using passcode. I fully recommend this to anyone in need of a storage unit.
