Upon clearing out my storage unit I was very upset to find mildew growing on a majority of my belongings. I called and spoke to the property manager (Shelly) while I was on sight and she proceeded to tell me that 3 other customers had called that week upon moving out with the same complaint of mildew. She asked if I had the insurance through them which I did and then explained that it probably doesn’t cover mildew and that the company wouldn’t do anything about it but she’d check. I was hopeful that something would get done about this issue since I’m not in the habit of throwing $160 away a month. Speaking of throwing away things, I spent hours attempting to clean my things and ended up having to throw several major items away such as my mattress, big rug and accent chairs. It has now been a couple of weeks and I have called/left a voicemail inquiring about a solution and have since been ignored. If moving in, please be aware that the unit/building was 1140. It really made this military move so enjoyable. **Update as of 12/10/24: I had to call the property manager and leave yet another voicemail for someone to please contact me after SROA’s response to my initial review. I had a missed call from an Erica who said Shelly requested she contact me about this issue. I called her back with no answer last week and I have yet to receive a call back or anything.

Do not use these people! We was only 7 days late on a payment and I even called and informed that I would be in on the weekend to pay, due to being out of state working and they sold everything I had.. years of my deceased parents belongings and more was just gone forever and they also forged my stepson's name in the unit . I'm looking into doing something legally about this

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid This Place This storage facility is an absolute disaster. From day one, it’s been nothing but problems. The staff is rude and unhelpful, acting like you’re inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. Good luck getting anyone to return a call or explain charges—because random fees just magically appear on your bill. The units are poorly maintained, the property feels unsafe, and the “security” they advertise is a joke. Doors stick, lights don’t work, and half the time the gate either won’t open or won’t close. I was genuinely worried about my belongings the entire time. To top it off, they raised the rent with little notice and zero justification. If you value your time, money, or possessions, do yourself a favor and store your things literally anywhere else.

Mrs Alice was fantastic! She made sure I knew all the details of where my unit was went through all the payment details and made us laugh the whole time were here. We’re unknown to this location and company but we certainly hope they keep up the fantastic customer service!!

We moved into the Danville location. The customer service was impeccable! The staff was extremely kind and we were even offered water to keep us cool with it being such a hot day. Anytime I've spoken with staff on the phone everyone has been so professional. Highly recommend.
