I moved out of my unit on the 1st of the month. The company wanted me to pay for the entire month. After weeks of unanswered phone calls, emails, talking to rude, incompetent non English speaking agents on the 800 number; I finally got resolution to the issue and it is resolved to my satisfaction. James, at the Industrial location is a super great guy; he did everything he could to help me resolve my situation but he could only do so much. His efforts are appreciated. Public Storage needs to get rid of their service agents. They do not speak fluent understandable English, they are not customer oriented, they do not care about anything but sticking to the script they are required to read. Trying to get past them is almost impossible. Will I rent from Public Storage again? Most likely not. Should you do your research and due dilligence for this company? Yes, you should.

Unfortunately, their app sucks big time. I can't login and when trying to reset password it takes them 5 minutes to send it and then states "expired." Of course they use AI (aka: we don't give a care in the world to serve you, only to save money) so you can't talk to anyone. When calling the office, you'll be lucky to reach anyone. On the bright side, I use public storage for parking my 15' boxtruck. I travel and park my truck in cities throughout the USA and will continue using Public Storage for safe and easy and affordable parking. Just don't bother using their useless app but their numerous locations make it super easy as long as you avoid their app. .

James was a big help when I needed to work through settling a storage unit my mother left behind after her passing. He was compassionate and empathetic and demonstrated real commitment to getting things resolved on my behalf. Working with James was a big relief in an otherwise horrible situation.

Best prices in Northern Kentucky. I love that I have 24 hour access and the customer service is impeccable. James was extremely helpful and was very informative about pricing and also let me know about the great promotions they offer. Glad I chose public storage!!
