Not only are the prices outrageous, they don't have employees. Therefore, your unit isn't being monitored. They say the price is for staff reviewing cameras, but there isn't a staff to do so. Additionally, I was purchasing a storage unit online for over $150 less than the walk up rate. The manager said she would match the amount and requested I let the manager use it as a teaching moment for the brand new employee she was training. Well, the new employee forgot to match the online rate and the manager refused to fix the problem. Not to mention, it took three weeks for a response. We are moving out our two units, as we can't be guaranteed protection of our belongings or trust the integrity of staff. Update: I went to open my unit and twisted my ankle in black tar. My brand new shoes are ruined and car tires covered. An employee saw me getting out of my car and failed to warn me that they were filling cracks. I haven't been able to walk for days now. I went to report this to staff on site and they had nothing to say.
