Horrible. They have been having a broken gate for 2 months. It sits wide open and unsecured for all day long and be then gets chained closed at 6pm preventing access until 9p as paid for. This is supposed to be repretable company but they can't get their security gate fixed. And are not compensating customers for their inconvenience. And inconvenience is a broken gate for a few weeks.. But for TWO whole months. That is unacceptable business practices. EDIT: On Aug 29 they let a person drive on the property and rob 19 storage units including MINE! We were not told until we came to the site about a week later. Didn't offer an apology or anything. In fact they had the nerve to RAISE the rent on the property!!!! And have the nerve to demand payment for the month when they failed to secure my belongings. EDIT:Nov. 5: Called on Nov. 1st to let them know we were coming to get the storage. Drove two trucks 100ml to get my belongings out of the storage and they have the nerve to have their lock on my storage. The property manager finally called me back today for days later to apologize and assure me their lock was off. She had the audacity to try to convince me the gate was NOT broken until AUg. 29. The day off the robbery!!! She says she SAW it with her own eyes.... Well I hope her eyes can also see this review on Google that had been posted way before she was even hired.

I really hate that you all don’t have an actual person to service customers. Everyone doesn’t want to use the QR code or an app. What happened to human interaction ! That’s the reason I have 2 storage units ! I chose the size and made the payment then it tells me that the one I just paid for was NOT the one I chose. If there was someone working the counter i could have gotten be one I wanted the 1st time. Now I have 2 storage units. Thanks for nothing.

I walked in and needed enough space to store everything I had left in my booth I had at peddlers mall , I had no idea what I was doing and how much space I needed. This wonderful lady name Christian was so helpful and guide-full. She was very polite and answered every questioned I asked. You don’t get this kind of great customer service from many people now days. She holds her self well and knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend my family and friends if they ever needed a storage unit.

Christian was so helpful and had a great attitude and just so understanding. I recently saw her on property working. She did a great job salting the pavement in front of the office to ensure customer safety. I also seen her checking all the locks one by one in the sleeting rain. That’s dedication. Keep up the great work.
