I recently had an outstanding experience with Public Storage (Strawberry Lane), and I want to specifically recognize Nancy, the property manager, for her exceptional service. From the outset, Nancy made herself readily available and ensured that every aspect of the move-out process was clearly explained. During what was a major business relocation move, her professionalism and composure made a meaningful difference. She was informative, patient, and genuinely kind—never rushed, never dismissive—just consistently helpful. Large transitions can be stressful, especially when coordinating logistics tied to a business move. Nancy demonstrated both operational competence and emotional intelligence. She walked through the move-out procedures step-by-step, answered questions thoroughly, and ensured there were no surprises. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist reflected a true service mindset. It is rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with warmth so seamlessly. Nancy represents Public Storage with professionalism and integrity. A well-deserved five-star experience.

Jamika's service was great. The online rental process was smooth. The metric tonne of mouse poop, wet cinderblock walls and big roach that greeted me in my unit, however, were a no.

Honestly had high hopes for this one cause of the reviews but I am not very happy with my experience at all. Move in was fine but there was never anyone in the office if we needed something or had questions. We set our move out for the end of November and they are still trying to bill me for December and once again there is no one in the office to assist. I have called and left a voicemail with the office manager and have not received a call back. This is just ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone.
