Very Professional
I had one of my younger grandsons with me when I went to rent a unit and he remembered being there years ago with me, surprised me. The whole process was very easy and without any problems. The person waiting on me was very friendly and explained everything as she went along with the process. I like the on line options , which allowed me to get the rates and reserve a unit ahead of time. The entire facility was very clean and I was very satisfied. Good job!

Mr. Mike at Catoma St Jax Fl He's Awesome! His friendly personality alone, made me feel welcome even after reserving another unit at another location, to drive to the online reserved location to be told it's already rented , but gave me a confirmation number and accepted my c.c info. That guy was so unconcerned about this matter. But Mr. Mike made up for the other employee behavior. Mr. Mike is a perfect example of a role model employee. He need to be the employee you all use to train your present & future employee's. He deserves to be acknowledged. I work in Corporate America, I would definitely hire him. Kudos for Mr. MIKE !!!!
