HORRIBLE & UNSAFE!!! The gate DOES NOT close, as we arrived to unload our stuff, the gate was opened. We unloaded our stuff watching the gate to see if it would close. It didn’t. We were ready to leave (30 minutes later) the gate is still opened. There was homeless in and out of the facility, which was extremely uncomfortable and could have been a very dangerous situation. After we unloaded, we drove around the block, then decided to pack up all our stuff and leave to never return. In addition, there is no map/directions on where to go or parking, no one is in the office to call or talk to (ALL DAY). Management finally called us the next day and instead of apologizing, they hung up on us. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE!!

Rented a unit here. Went to move my stuff in and there was a lock on it. It was Friday at 10 am and there was no one around. There was no one to answer the phone and no one returned the voicmessages I left. Had a moving company charging me 150 an hour and had to go to a new facility. Don't rent from public. They have no assistance nationally, locally or any way.

After driving 10 hours to drop off some items before our big move to New Orleans in a few weeks, Whitney helped me find my locker I had rented a few weeks ago, and made sure I understood how to use the elevator. Can’t say enough about how helpful she was in making things go smoothly.
