Staff is unresponsive and when they do show up, they are somewhat rude. You will not be able to speak with anyone via the phone. You’re sent to a menu of choices one of which is speak with the location manager and if you pick it, Your call will be disconnected. The loading dock at this location is sinking meaning Carts will suddenly stop at the huge crack by the door sending your belongings spilling off the end. Mention this to management multiple times nothing has been done. The carts themselves are in disrepair. The units Are quite filthy. They say it’s climate controlled, but there’s a huge fluctuation and temperature During the hot days. End of the two units that I had one had a door that would not stay open by itself and have to be propped open. Again, I mentioned this to management and nothing was done. Finally, you are giving a code for the elevator. When you type it in it only calls the elevator that you type the code in for. Even though there are two elevator side-by-side. In other words, if you type the code for the elevator an and it’s on the third floor. It may take some time to get there whereas the elevator B. might’ve been sitting there the entire time but won’t open. I would give this place zero stars if I could. If you were storing your things in New Orleans, literally anywhere else would be better.
