Avoid renting here at all cost. Absolutely awful customer service and property maintenance. Rented a Uhaul to come get some belongings out of my storage unit and get to my unit door and it’s snowed in. The door wouldn’t open more than a millimeter….called the store manager and he went on a tangent about how he almost fell shoveling snow today. Exactly how is that my problem? I pay a monthly rate to utilize the unit and have it maintained accordingly. Snow removal is part of any standard maintenance. My business will be going elsewhere. Unless you want to pay for a unit and do physical labor for it, I would recommend you do the same.
