A day after I scheduled my move in, I went to review the size and accessibility of the unit. As I was heading to my storage I saw 2 mice. One was running around and the other one was dead right in front of the entrance to my unit. I went up to the front desk and was told this is very common even though my unit was inside. She gave me the information to Dante Hall whom she said was the property manager because she couldn’t issue me a refund. I called several times leaving voicemails to no avail. Today I spoke with the a representative for the unit and was told that because I signed a contract that I would not be getting a refund. I explained that I never signed a contract that stated mice and rodents would and should be expected. The person hung the phone up on me. I’m appalled at the customer service and will be calling back/emailing and whatever I have to do until I get answers. Please see the picture I took of the dead mouse for proof.

I like the location because it's nearby where I live at. I went there to look for a storage unit. The price is competitive to others and the customer service person that I dealt with is Silvia Gonzalez and she really took care of all my questions and needs. My mom ended up helping me out as far as putting my stuff in her garage so I didn’t need the storage but if I ever do, that would be one place I would dedicate myself to go to because the front desk person Silvia Gonzalez was very professional And she assured me that she has availability for me to be able to get a unit if needed to. Thank you so much. Five stars!!!!

My fiancé has had a unit here and every time I come with him the property is always clean. A lot better than before! Sylvia has always been amazing with us any time we need help or may have any questions.
