i had a lock out lock placed on my unit for no reason. It was removed within the hour but i was told by customer service that it would be a 72 hour wait to get the lock removed. When i called the location i was informed that the person that answered was "in training" and that they were the only ones in the store until the next day. The units were wildly overpriced and the door seldom worked correctly. It was a horrible experience over all. I will not be returning nor would i recommend anyone to patronize your establishment!

Manager is overall very professional nice caring but there the technology is a little bit over the top and it will call you they text you email you will start contacting you 10 days before your bills due and continue the contact
