First, I've written 3 reviews for various services my entire adult life and I'm 52. All of which were 5 stars. If I receive bad service, I'd just keep it moving and never use that product or service again. This time it's different. Training needs to be had at this location. Here we go...I rented a 10x10 unit in September 2025 for $120 per month, plus $20 per month for insurance. To avoid any issues, I immediately set up autopay from my checking account so I would never have to worry about missing a payment. In November, I was shocked to see my bill jump to $177. When I called to ask why, I was told I had late payments on my account. That made absolutely no sense because I had set up autopay. I questioned this, and I was then told I had not paid my bill and that autopay was not set up at all. That statement was completely false. I sent them the confirmation email proving autopay had been established. Instead of resolving the issue, the on-site employee responded with a nasty attitude and continued insisting that I had not paid. Rather than continue arguing, I paid the bill again because she said The following month, my bill increased to $197. At that point, I was furious. I called again, and once again I was met with hostility and told that I had not paid on time. This is beyond ridiculous considering I have written proof that autopay was set up. What makes this experience even worse is the constant attitude and disrespect I received every time I tried to understand why my bill kept increasing. I finally had enough and moved my belongings to Extra Space Storage. The difference in customer service is night and day. I sincerely regret not choosing them from the start. On March 1st, I moved out of the unit. The representative informed me I would be charged for the entire month because I did not give notice. She said I had to come in person to cancel, so we scheduled a meeting for March 2nd. Then it snowed, and they called to say they were closing at 1:30 and had to cancel the meeting — yet they are still charging me for the full month. To be clear: they cancelled the meeting, and I am being penalized for it. This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered in a very long time. I genuinely do not understand how anyone continues to use this facility with service like this. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I absolutely would.

Such a great experience cleaning out a unit we had since the 80s Tricey was so helpful and the places smelled amazing. You can tell she cares and puts a lot of effort in making the space look clean and safe ! Thank you so much

I received an offer from Storage Treasures to pick up a storage unit for free. I arrived at this location, but the property manager was not on site for over an hour. I called support twice, and both times I was told that someone would call me back within 10 minutes. I never received a call. When the property manager finally arrived, she told me that my free storage unit had already been given to someone else. This is unacceptable. She released the unit without checking the invoice, my name, or any proof that I was the authorized person. I followed all instructions, arrived on time, waited, and contacted support — yet I lost the unit due to mistakes made entirely by the facility. I request an immediate investigation into this incident, as well as appropriate compensation (credit or equivalent value), because the facility’s error prevented me from receiving the unit I was officially offered. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

I had one of the best experiences here at Public Storage. The customer service was amazing, Tricey is awesome! She’s patient and listens to your questions and concerns. I really do appreciate it and I’m glad I came to this location and went with this company. If you ever need a storage go see Tricey you won’t be disappointed. I love the fact that she keeps you in the loop about the facility, when the elevators were down she made it a point to let customer know, something that I really appreciate. 5 stars all across the board for Tricey!
