Awesome Customer Service!!

The attendant Victor that helped me with my reservation was phenomenal!!! During the walk thru the lock that was on the Unit would not work, so we had to return to desk and try again. However, he took the time to assist me and without getting frustrated was very patient. Two young ladies, Tiffany and Yasmin, were very helpful and pleasant as well. This is an "A1" Team for customer service, Thank you. I am so glad I chose this location.

Good Morning,I need to highlight the willingness of my two new public storage locations,One in Cincinnati, Ohio where I moved from to the New one in MD. Last week, I arrived at the MD location, needing to pay the bill for the Cincinnati location, because for whatever reason, the attempt wasn't working through the Public Storage app. Roosevelt, The Property Manager at the MD location was able to speak with the Property Manager at the Cincinnati location,on Hamilton Ave. and She was able to walk him through the way for my bill, though at a different location in a different State. They worked together beautifully, got it resolved and they both were so willing to be patient and go above for me and My Sister Abigail who also needed to pay her bill. Thank you to two amazing property managers that continue to make renting from Public Storage what it should be. Thank you, Rent From Public Storage 😊

We've had a wonderful experience with the Public Storage on Dolfield Road. The price is unmatched, the place is clean, secure, and accessible. Roosevelt is an absolute pleasure to work with, and will always go the extra mile in the customer service department. If you're looking for an excellent storage facility, I highly recommend this facility.

Mr Roosevelt and staff are wonderful. They are responsive to inquiries and seek to find resolutions. During our 9 years in the space there have been a couple of door and gate issues but they were resolved quickly. This public storage is neat and clean. I would recommend.
