I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Jason was so exceptional that I felt it needed to be shared. As an elderly woman, I can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed with storage units and all the details that come with them. Jason immediately put me at ease. He greeted me warmly, spoke clearly, and took the time to explain everything—from the different unit sizes to security features and pricing—in a way that was easy to understand. His patience truly meant a lot to me. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and deep knowledge. He clearly understands his work and takes great pride in helping customers. He walked me around the property, showed me how everything works, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. I never once felt rushed or confused. Jason has the kind of work ethic and attitude you don’t see often these days. He is respectful, attentive, and genuinely cares about people. Public Storage is very lucky to have someone with such dedication and passion for customer service. Because of Jason, I had a wonderful, stress-free experience, and I will be recommending this location to all of my friends and neighbors. He turned a task I was dreading into something pleasant and simple. Thank you, Jason, for your kindness and exceptional service. You truly made a difference.

I usually don’t write reviews, but on October 9, 2025, I had an excellent experience at the Public Store facility at 455 E Gude in Rockville. In-person staff member Vammida was great. She answers all my questions. I open a second storage that day and downsize from medium to a small. She explained the rules and process very clearly, patiently, and in very friendly manner. I appreciate it very much dealing with professionals who know their stuff. It is essential to the customer. I hope the public storage facility continues to hire people with excellent customer service skills as Vammid did. Thanks!

I rented here for four months. There are two employees here. The girl is the hardworking one, and I’ve noticed that she keeps the hallway very clean. She’s a very diligent worker. I’ve never seen the guy doing his job. I hope the company keeps her for a long time because she did an amazing job at work.
