The facility is okay; the lady that helped me sign up was nice/courtesy and hopeful. The facility is decent to mediocre condition and access is okay. There's no interior lighting in your unit and upselling of your locks is pretty annoying negative. Its pretty costly for the condition of the place and access challenges. It would have received lower starts if Ms LaShawn was not so nice.

Convient but with limitations.
I like the location, my unit is in the basement level. During the initial visit it was stated there would be a cart to help get items downstairs but when I moved in there was none. The closing at 9pm made is slightly inconvient to add or remove items from the unit..
