Shocking to see all these reviews for Lisa because my experience was never once pleasant. My husband was in the ICU for over a month with a life threatening heart condition, we have a newborn, and now all the finances were put on only me because my husband cannot work at the moment. We were behind and I understand there are policy’s etc. I explained our situation and was really praying for some compassion or some understanding. Unfortunately Lisa still allowed an auction to take place very fast. Our payment was typically due on the first and our storage unit was sold and emptied by the 23rd of the same exact month. Lisa was of no help at all, and ultimately was very cold and rude. Lisa is not a kind person, she refused to provide any further information or clarity when I called after the auction was completed. Lisa is a cruel and heartless person and I really can’t stress this enough.I urge anyone to avoid using the storage services here. If any emergency’s happen that are completely out of your control, please know that the manager Lisa is not going to care or have a single drop of compassion towards you or your situation. She’s not willing to work with you or even genuinely hear you out. There’s so many storage units in Boston and I would NEVER recommend Public Storage!!

Had a wonderful experience with Lisa. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s impossible to find good customer service these days but she was a breath of fresh air. She was patient and helped answer all my questions. She made my experience a great one.

This place is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I’ve been here on October 18, 2025 as planned since 9:30 in the morning and no one is here. call the property manager numerous times no answer called corporate offices for customer service and they called the property manager no answer. The gate is wide open. You got homeless and drug addicts hanging out here but there’s absolutely no way to get into the building. Their was over eight people at the storage unit who are already tenants that need to get inside and sadly no one is there to remove the padlock from the automatic doors that are inside and the only way to get into the building. They take my money and then had the audacity when I asked for a refund to tell me that they cannot refund me the administration fee. They don’t deserve the fee if they can’t even be here to let people in so they could be able to do their move. I have to now pay more to go to another storage. I need to move into the storage unit today. I have mother day to do this. This is absurd. This is unacceptable and I definitely plan to report this to the Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau. These are bad business practices.

We had an excellent experience with Lisa (manager) renting our new storage unit. She was very helpful and friendly. The facility is extremely clean, and it's clear she takes this very seriously.
