This place was reasonable priced when booked my unit. The rent increased twice since I rented in 5/1/26. I’ll be getting out of this place as soon as the weather gets warmer. Would not recommend !!

All I have is my experience signing up for my unit, and it was fun! Dan and “other guy” (sorry, I do not recall his name) were both friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions without hesitation and actually listened to me. Highly appreciated, I certainly don’t need any more stress during this awful moving business!

Easy to secure the unit online, Alec is fantastic, very friendly & professional - she works there, and I love the hassle free EVERYTHING! I have digital access to the gate, my unit had a bag with a lock conveniently placed inside. The place is clean, well kept 👍

The line level people that work here are very kind, and accommodating. The pricing for a single 10ft. unit has gone from reasonable, to double what it was in the beginning, and the management is brutal with late fees, unwilling to cut those, seemingly happy to see you struggle, because they can simply put you into auction if you don't pay. I'm looking forward to putting Extra Space in the rear view. Avoid self storage in general if at all possible.
