I had originally rented out a 10 x 10 and after cleaning out and preparing to sell my condo I realized that I did not need all of that space. Shama was amazing with helping me do a transfer to a 5 x 10. Quick and easy. I have been using public storage for all of my storage needs for at least 15 years. Don’t be fooled by the low price at the beginning. Rent will increase every couple of months. Started out paying 175 a month for a large unit and by the end of the year it was almost 500 a month. Place is also infested with mice a rats. My outside unit was riddled with so many mice I had to throw out a bunch of stuff. Made multiple calls which were unanswered and when I finally saw someone at the facility they told me there was nothing they could do and to set traps. Bathrooms are atrocious, Fenway park has cleaner bathrooms.
