I’ve had a very good experience setting up and using Public Storage. The app made it easier than I thought. I received everything that I needed in a timely manner. Jacob did a follow up call to make sure all went well. I appreciated that very much. I’m glad I chose this company for my last minute storage needs. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if need be.

Avoid at all costs. They have raised the price of our unit every single month, and failed to take payment resulting in $45 late fees. We made a payment, got confirmation of payment, then they turned around and said we did not pay it and tacked on a late fee. Terrible company!
