Excellent customer service and Fine Facility

Renting a storage unit for the first time. The staff is super friendly and onsite. Entry hours are convenient. Outdoor 5x10 space seems sufficient for us as we transition from apartment to apartment. Happy with the experience so far.

Good communication, paperwork done quickly, friendly staff, clear directions

I have never rented a storage unit before, but this experience has been very positive! If I ever need a storage unit in this area again, I will come here. The staff are friendly and make sure to show you exactly what you should expect before the starting date of your lease. The gate access system is great, and I appreciate the double gate after hours. My unit was discounted (not sure why), so the price was really great.

My experience with Stop 'n Lock was great. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful and personable, and the storage unit was clean. I was also able to snag a great deal with SpareFoot and AAA by renting here. The units are fenced and gated with a code, and you bring your own standard size lock. Would come back here if I need to store anything in the future!

I just ended my time with Stop and Lock. and my experience was wonderful. Like others have stated, the staff is very helpful and courteous. I had no problems with safety for myself or of my things while in storage. They are also quick to return all calls. If I need storage again I will definitely go straight to Stop and Lock.

The manager who helped me today was extremely kind and very helpful in finding a space for me, and even helped me find the lowest rate that would be perfect for me. This is a place who is more concerned with customer happiness than upselling, and I feel that is a very important and genuine quality to have. Will definitely see them again in my future.

Reprehensible.. had a unit here for several years. Dealt with the current owners for over a year. Missed a payment and they sold my unit. Nothing valuable in there. Just important paperwork and family photos, family writings. Sold my unit for a measly couple of dollars. Greed is the only explanation.

I've been looking for storage and I have truly never experienced worse customer service in my life. The woman I spoke to about my online reservation was absolutely dreadful. Can't speak to the quality of the facility, but if you prefer to be treated like a human, I suggest you look elsewhere.
