Excellent customer service. Thank for the manager, I’m sorry I missed your name though you told me, with dedicated service. I had a small personal issue and she took action immediately and resolved this without hesitation. I’ll add that the facility and grounds are always clean of debris and my unit was clean walking in the first time. Will recommend to anyone that needs storage.

Nicole at the front desk, and the answering operator was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. The location was ideal and close to my home. The unit was exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and easy. ​I especially want to give a shout-out to the manager, Karen. She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I was picking up the contents of the unit. She made sure I had everything I needed and was a pleasure to talk to. Her great attitude and professionalism made the whole process much more enjoyable. The staff, especially Karen, are fantastic!

I met Karen this summer (Aug, 2025) at the Public Storage location on 2101 N. Haggerty Rd in Canton, MI. We had leased two units a few years back when we moved from a house to a condo. She was instrumental in helping us resolve a problem with one unit and navigating the move from two units to one. She answered all our questions, gave us options, and made sure all the paperwork was in order when we eventually closed both units. Karen provided exceptional customer service, even responding to texts outside of normal business hours, which was greatly appreciated. She is definitely a "problem solver" at Public Storage.
