This my first time storing my home goods and she was walked me through the property, recommended sizing, and also saved me money as I had originally chose a size I didn’t need. Not the best experience! Very difficult navigating throughout the unit/ property that was provided . Upon arrival no representative was available, waited for some time then figured out how to use the customer service phone. The gate access is oddly placed , making you have to get in and out your vehicle. I was placed on the second floor with access to one elevator. I paid professional movers, that had such a challenge getting in and out . Fast forward I get a call from the property manager Rochelle - or Rachelle , asking about a payment that was already made . I call back she has no record of the call . I then tell her about my experience, but the only thing she was worried about was the review. Very rude kept over talking me during our initial conversation, and saying how her regulars know how to reach her lol . Not helpful for a new customer. Well here you go ,Cheap and convenient that’s all , I guess I should be happy no representatives were available.

📍Google Guide Review✨ one of the most inexpensive places to get storage. The facility is easy to access via app or pin code with a gate immediately at the entrance. The area is clean and mostly not busy. Definitely recommend.
