Haylee & Gina at Blaine Public Storage and Michelle at Fridley Public Storage are the best. I'd give em 10 stars if I could. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and with nice secure units made the whole process a great experience. No one maintains their systems. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Only two people can use the entries at a time. In the two years I have been here there have been way to many problems. The current problem is the only large entry to the part with my storage isn’t working so you have to go around open the door from the inside. Today upon leaving I found the exit gate keypad was just blank. I went around exited through the entry gate and attempted to call the office to let them know and you can’t talk to anyone. If you have to access your storage regularly go somewhere else.
