I've always dealt with nice people there, but finally left after they kept raising their rates--it went from $56/mo to $103/mo for a small unit in the time I was there. Also, when I picked up my stuff, several of the pieces that were on the floor were water stained.

Keisha was the best to work with. Gave me pointers on how to put things in the storage lockers. When I ask to upgrade my locker she was more than willing to help me. Even gave me a bigger locker close to the one I already had. Any questions I had she was more than willing to answer. Will gladly do business here again!!!

Good security gate. Won’t answer calls. NO cart to move any items. That’s ridiculous! All day Saturday, no carts. I’ve never heard of a Storage Company that doesn’t offer the basics of MOVING ITEMS. Last time with this company. Back to Uhaul storage for me.

DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE! Someone cut the lock on my unit and public storage told me they had no idea what happened, why it happened or how it happened. First told me I’d have to wait 30 days for someone to cut the lock off my unit, then after I kept bugging them and started to get the police involved they building manager told me the district manager would come cut it off but I never heard from her. Both public storage and the police told me they have thefts happen there all the time! They are up to some shady stuff over here! I will be reporting them to be better business bureau.

Unsafe elevator, rodent problem, office empty + locked + staff unreachable during business hours, price hikes ABOVE what new units the same size are advertised at in the same building, overall trashy place with homeless activity and garbage around.
