I’m changing my review to one star. Half the time I CAN’T GET INTO THE FACILITY. it keeps saying my code isn’t working and my app won’t unlock the gate either. Three times I was even locked INSIDE the place. Also, the locks on the two units that I’m renting are hard to work. There is NEVER an employee on site. Literally Dan was there one time, which was when I paid for my units.

Kelly was a life savior! Our family needed a storage unit last minute due to a family member passing away. We booked the wrong unit and thankfully Kelly was there on a Saturday to help us sort everything out. So thankful!

If you want customer service you've gone to the wroooong place. At first the app doing everything for you is a good enough concept... until something goes wrong. Then I hope you weren't coming from far or had an urgent need to get into your unit. Today when I tried to access my unit, the app and access box both confirmed I was successfully entering my code, but the gate simply didn't work. If you call the "support" number, the best you can do is "leave the property manager a message". Had I been on the inside of the facility when this happened I 100% would have had to call 911 to get me out... so if you're ok with never being able to reach a real person or have any form of support this is the place for you.

Dan and the rest of the team at public storage have been fantastic to work with For renting our space at this facility, I was primarily looking for a space to store my vintage Enduros and some other odds and ends that were taking up space at the house. Dan was very responsive when we were getting our space and has gone above and beyond since we've gotten in the space, making sure they were settled in. Great customer service and fantastic location and security!
