had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Schwa. He was extremely professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my storage unit selection. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he truly goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient all at once. Because of Schwa, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend

Amazing service! Was immediately greeted by friendly smiles when I walked in to get my unit. Schwa helped me find my space and was so kind and informative. The space is clean and well kept. I love that there’s a garage you can pull into as well that’s so great to have being downtown. I feel safe storing my things here.
