Very customer service friendly and great to work with!

We have had a wonderful experience so far. Jylan is a great manager! She really took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly go over everything. She took the time to make sure we were renting adequate space. We were uncertain of space needs and she took us to different units so we could get an idea of what each size unit looked like. She is a very welcoming person and easy to work with!

Luna aka “The Boss” was out in the freezing cold helping me find the perfect unit for my storage needs. Very friendly, professional, personal and knowledgeable of all unit sizes, insurance, terms and conditions, provided exact directions to my unit on the map. Luna boo went above and beyond to accommodate my storage needs. Miss Luna even offered extra suggestions that were super helpful! I am grateful for Luna and her exceptional customer service! Luna" primarily means "moon" in Spanish, Italian, and Latin, the slang meaning often relates to being "The Boss” Luna was the Boss on 1/24/26 and my light under the moon! ¡Muchas Gracias mamita! Aside from Luna being a boss! The facility pavement leading up to the storage units were extremely icy in certain spots but understandable during freezing cold temperatures! Reason for 4 stars. But 10 stars for Luna! Please salt the pavement to reduce risk of injury to customers and staff .

We rented at this location for 1 year and they never fixed the potholes that are there. You can’t avoid the potholes because they are on the only road that you exit from. We got a flat tire from it and they wouldn’t pay to fix it. Also make sure you read your contract - if you cancel your unit (because the price keeps increasing) they will not reimburse you for the remainder of the month that you aren’t there. We moved out on the 3rd and we had to pay the entire month. Overall very disappointed with the maintenance at this facility and public storage customer service.

We needed to move to a smaller unit due to price increase..however the service was excellent from Isabel She explained our options, helped us with our decision…honestly she gave the best service and we decided to stay. I have no complaints except the driveway in the back is full of holes, needs patching and you can only exit that way. I was told it was the city, then the company that shares the road..honestly if I was the owner I would go to Home Depot buy 10 bags of rock and fill them in Now that would be customer service

I went with a friend and he couldn't remember the code. Seemed like it would have been a great time to come...no traffic at all. I'd definitely come here 1st if I was going to rent a unit!
