Public Storage - Spring Lake Park - 7807 Highway 65 NE

Was evicted because a person waiting for me to get there fell asleep in the unit. I never got a call telling me someone was in my unit, they didnt know that I knew them. They just knew he was a stranger and tried to cover their own butt. Plus the price was 110% higher then what was advertised and discussed. Scammers. Letha was great, but the manager lady needs to learn customer service better.

I recently rented a storage locker from Public Storage. I looked on line at a lot of different storage places and they seem to have REALLY good specials on line. I made an appointment to go over and check out the site. They said I could come right away. The storage lockers are very clean and I liked that the insides ones are temp controlled and they have lots of security. They also had boxes to buy on site and the prices were also very good. They don't tell you on the phone or when I did the look around that you must have insurance on the locker. It is an extra $15 for $5000 coverage but that was ok but wish they had said something upfront. Still got a 10 x 20 temp controlled locker for under $90 a month so all's good. Would recommend.

Quick checkin, clean unit, the facility is in really good shape. Was able to add my own lock without issues, and security appears good with controlled access.
