It is refreshing to walk into a place of business and met with the long forgotten art of professionalism and customer care that has slowly disappeared over the years. Christi brings back the true meaning of customer service and care. She was extremely attentive and took the time to listen to the needs and provided quality recommendations of what your organization can provide. I left feeling that all of my needs were taken care of, but also, if I ever needed something else or had questions, I knew that I could call on Christi and things would be taken care of. I've dealt with a lot of storage facilitys and never have a had such a easy and smooth process christi was quick knew her job and was a complete professional. Good to see some one who takes their job seriously and is friendly .that's a combo you don't see much anymore .. I won't ever use another storage anywhere but here.
