Public storage keeps sending me text messages wanting to know about my visit to my storage unit as well as text messages telling me to use their app. I have not been able to use the app for at least 3 weeks to get in or out of the gate. I have two storages at 1 location and one storage unit closer to where I'm living and I never see any employees in the offices. I have even called and left messages asking them to call me back with a phone number where I can get ahold of somebody at corporate to speak to them about the app not working but nobody has ever returned my phone calls. Hopefully I'll have a new apartment and will get most of my stuff out of the storage units soon. Anything I do have to keep in storage will be moved to a different storage company that has better access. Forcing a germaphobe to touch a keypad knowing a majority of the people don't wash their hands is disgusting.

The place is always clean. Access to my unit is no problem. I would recommend this location for your storage needs anytime.

This is my first time renting a public storage. At first I tried to do it online something didn't work out on the webpage, but I saw Jennifer who was walking back to the office. Jennifer was super helpful and nice. Great customer service!

I just wanted to come here and say how great the staff is. I usually have a storage unit off and on. I recently moved to this storage facility and this is probably the most friendly, helpful and respectful staff that I had to come across! 10 out of 10 referred to a friend!!!!!
