First time stopping by Public Storage on James A Reed and had an awesome experience! Nikki was super friendly, and patient, and answered all my questions... The facility was well laid out and easy to navigate... definitely recommend!

I've had three rent increases this year and now my storage room is $200 a month!!! And it is the smaller unit. They are really getting ridiculous with these prices. I will be moving my stuff out. The lady says the system failed to send out my email but I'm still required to pay the full amount. Can't lay down for these shenanigans

Worse storage unit location I’ve ever used in my life. Raised rent 100% went from 150-275. Constantly paying late fees which is fine but to treat me and my mom like we haven’t been paying Customers and then finally got caught up after paying 360$ in fees and rent and still locked out being threatened that if I don’t pay for a lock I’ll have 50$ added to my unit for that lock. No one gets a storage unit and expects prices to be like this especially because most people that need a storage unit are struggling and need somewhere for their things to go for a fair set price. They don’t work with you and I fact are rude and all they say is it’s policy. Trust and believe well will be finding a new unit and storage place that’s reasonable and hard lessons learned make sure you discuss the fees that can accrue before selecting this company. I never had issues like this until This location they have always worked with me or helped me in ways or if they couldn’t at least they weren’t rude at other locations

Attendant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with, which is good! I was able to get the unit I needed in a mannerable and timely fashion!
