My wife and I were in the process of buying a new home a short time ago and needed somewhere to keep our things while while we were waiting to close on the deal. Sarah, my wife, wanted to try Public Storage on Holmes Rd in Kansas City since it was in the area of the house we wanted. The lady at Public Storage (Tanya, I think) was incredibly helpful not to mention friendly. She helped us get a storage unit that was in our budget and pretty close to the house we ended up purchasing. There was a different company a mile or two away that was a little cheaper but Sarah and I enjoyed dealing with the lady at Public Storage so we went with them. They are now highly recommended by both of us and if we ever need an extra place to keep some things again it will definitely be Public Storage (9620 Holmes Rd Kansas City MO)

My husband let me put our belongings in a storage lot while we were in between houses. We ended up using this Public Storage on Holmes Rd. We were very happy with the staff who was very kind and informative. We will certainly use this particular Public Storage in the future should we need one again. I will recommend to others. Sarah B

Haven't really had good luck finding suitable places to store my belongings. But I think I have found a really good spot. The lady in the office Tanya was real helpful And real.. she is a real nice lady
